Carry the Glass Together Obstacle & Duo Tier List
What actually ends runs — ranked for the live Roblox early beta.
This hub ranks the things that shatter the pane in Carry the Glass Together. It is not a character tier list. The experience has no published fighter roster. Your “meta” is the course: swinging hammers, striped beams, water, height, and how your duo talks. For the per-hazard breakdown, open obstacles. For who should stand where, open duo roles. Use both with how to beat and how to protect the glass.
Ranks below are about run-ending risk, not about how cool the prop looks in the overview screenshot.
Quick ranks
| Rank | Hazard or habit | Why it sits here |
|---|---|---|
| S | Swinging hammers | Occupies the air; waiting is the skill |
| S | Stretch / split cameras | You bring this fail with you to every segment |
| A | Striped cylinders | Fat hitboxes on walking lines |
| A | Desync jumps | One late Space press equals water |
| B | Water gaps | Easy if counted, lethal if sprinted |
| B | Height / crane approaches | Falls yank the pane |
| C | Cones, hats, hanging pipes | Cheap clips if you celebrate |
| C | Menus mid-climb | Codes can wait |
| D | Grass and lobby statue | Warm-up only |
S-tier is “stop talking and watch”. D-tier is “do not get cocky because the flowers were easy”.
How to use this list in a session
Before a hammer gantry, the leader says the rank out loud: “S, we wait”. That sentence prevents the follower from treating it like a B-tier gap. After a shatter, ask which rank you actually hit. If you say “the game is broken” you will not improve. If you say “we stretched, that’s S” you will.
The list will move when updates add sections. Early beta means a new mill or ice platform could appear. We will not rank Steam Carry The Glass ice bridges here; they are a different game.
Duo performance tiers (social, not gear)
Gear does not matter yet. There is no confirmed pay-to-win pane. Your duo has a performance tier:
- S duo: Counts jumps, banks checkpoints, waits hammers, swaps leader without ego.
- A duo: Survives opening every time, still tilts on beams.
- B duo: Needs a stranger from how to find a partner and a written callout sheet.
- C duo: Sprints the grass, emotes on planks, opens scripts.
Climb the social tier before you worry about a glass skin.
What we will not rank
We will not invent a weapon tier, a pet tier, or a secret S+ glass. If the developer adds cosmetics, they go on updates first, then here only if they change hitboxes. A gold pane that still shatters is D-tier for gameplay and S-tier for screenshots.
For scripts that claim to delete hammers, see scripts and script safety. Those are not a tier. They are a risk.
Read obstacles next if you are about to queue. Read duo roles if you keep arguing about who walks in front.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers for duos who keep shattering the pane.
Is this a character tier list?
No. Rank hazards and duo habits. There is no fighter roster in this obby.
Why are hammers S-tier?
They occupy the air on a timer you cannot brute-force. Details are on obstacles.
Will skins change ranks?
Only if they change physics. Cosmetics that look different but shatter the same stay out of the gameplay table.
Where do I apply this in a run?
Call the rank before each new section in how to beat.
